M3 Perform is an award winning group training gym based across the road from New Bailey, down the road from Spinningfields and on the doorstep of Manchester City centre. 

M3 Perform offers the perfect combination of Strength & High Intensity training that allows for heavy weightlifting, improving strength week on week whilst also focussing on preventing injury and eliminating daily aches and pains. Whether you are training for fat loss, weight loss or to improve your strength the M3 programs have you covered.

M3 has 3 core values. Commitment, Community & Consistency. All of which are pillars in the programming that goes into our M3 Perform and M3 Condition programs.

The M3 team offer specialist services including nutrition support, strength and conditioning, weight loss, injury rehabilitation, boxing conditioning, postural development, personal training and functional training. The M3 team use their years of experience working with some of Manchester’s busiest professionals to keep sessions fresh and fun, avoid repetition whilst keeping a focus on individual progress.

Away from training, M3 also run regular social events such as parties, outdoor activities and team walks. This allows for members to interact, build and create relationships and cement their place in the M3 community away from the gym environment.

The M3 Perform team take care of each individual in every session and have the ability to adapt any session when needed. They also offer a personal approach to diet and nutrition. This involves the coaches meeting individually with members to plan out diet plans that fit to their lifestyles, that are flexible and take into account the busiest of work calendars and social schedules.

M3 offers an inclusive approach to strength and HIIT training that caters for all experience levels and abilities with a big focus on individual development.
